About the Role
In the Department of Biosciences, we support students to achieve their goals through our portfolio of high-quality teaching and learning activities.
We are seeking a Lecturer in Microbiology & Bioinformatics to contribute to teaching across our foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses. The role will involve delivering modules on topics including:
Molecular microbiology
Clinical microbiology
Bioinformatics
Immunology.
Virology.
Infectious diseases.
Each of these areas provides students with a strong foundation for applying real‑world, authentic learning to their development as emerging bioscience professionals.
The successful candidate will be appointed to the Teaching and Scholarship or Teaching and Practice pathway, as appropriate to their experience and profile
