Our award-winning research is celebrated around the world, and we’re proud of our strategic partnerships. It’s all down to the ability of our people to shape, create and innovate, in whatever capacity they work with us. Our continued success — underpinned by the number of prestigious national awards we’ve won — has hinged on two commitments: creating excellent global collaborations, and harnessing the talents of all our people.

NTU is a university at the peak of its powers, but we know we can still go even further. Join us in our mission to become ‘the university of the future’ — seize the challenge and adventure of working with an organisation where progress never stops. This is your career, reimagined.

You will also have an understanding of student-athlete recruitment and an ability to assist with our recruitment of high performance athletes to NTU both from the U.K. and abroad.

You will have experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and a proven track record of delivering results whilst coaching at a high performance level and knowledge of the BUCS competition structures would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be conscientious with good communication, influencing and team working skills.  The role will be offered on an annualised hours basis, and therefore you will need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work across the academic year, including the availability to work evenings and weekends where necessary, and also away from the university, both within the U.K. and abroad.
