An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our Student facing Employability service at NTU. We are seeking a dynamic senior manager who will continue to improve our quality of service with high student engagement, delivering an exemplary employability service to our students and graduates. In this role you will manage a large team of 70+ colleagues across 5 university sites and champion our employability offer, ensuring the service meets the needs of and exceeds expectations of all stakeholders within NTU and externally. NTU is an exemplar within the HE Sector and you will be able to enhance the reputation of NTU as one of the most successful universities for preparing graduates for the world of work and lifelong learning.
As part of the role you will oversee all team operations and be accountable for a number of initiatives focused on supporting the social mobility and success of our students. You will work closely with the Director of Employability and the two Senior Managers responsible for academic delivery and business engagement.
The role will require you to have experience of leading a high performing team within HE Careers and Employability and you must demonstrate creativity, innovation and a drive to succeed.
