We seek a Research and Partnership Development Manager who will be based in our centralised Research and Strategic Partnership Development team working principally with the School of Science and Technology on the Clifton Campus.
The post holder will support and further enhance our research capacity as we continue to expand our research infrastructure through our new Engineering and interdisciplinary Science and Technology buildings as well as our new Medical Technology Innovation Facility opening in Nov 2020. These facilities coupled with recent successes such as:
- the Doctoral Training Alliance Horizon 2020 award,
- Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) Doctoral Training Partnership with the University of Nottingham
- Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, (EPSRC), Royal Society awards as well as commercial endeavours
The success of our research is linked to our continual investment into cutting-edge technology and people to foster world leading research within science and technology. Following on from our current successes, we are keen to expand our research award team to enhance research capacity in areas including health and well-being and biosciences. As such, you will be working with colleagues on our rapidly evolving Clifton Campus, a multi-award-winning site including state-of-the-art science and technology research facilities working with world leading research staff.
