This fixed term Lecturer role in Fine Art is for a 12 month period of maternity cover for 22 hours per week - 01.09 2022 until 31.08.2023. ​​​​​​​

This role requires you to have a knowledge of a contemporary Fine Art practice and/or theory and be committed to working in a team to deliver a high quality Fine Art experience. We are looking for an individual with previous experience working in higher education or relevant professional experience within the subject area who can enthuse and motivate students to develop their skills and voice. 

​​​​​​​Industry, Professional and/ or Higher Education teaching experience in Fine Art or cognate subjects, in one or more of the following areas:

  • Ceramics
  • Print Making 
  • Photography
  • Painting
  • Sculpture
  • Drawing

​Candidates must be educated to a minimum of an undergraduate degree level in a Fine Art course or relevant subject area. A HEA qualification is also desirable.
