In 2018/19 we are once again finished in the top 15 of the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Championships with a record points total, leaving us on course to break into the top 10 in the coming years. The Squash programme has had one of its most successful years on record, with promotions and noticable individuals performances while attracting high quality athletes into the programme.  

We are seeking an individual who is able to lead and deliver high quality coaching and recruitment services to the performance squads within NTU Squash.  You will possess an in-depth understand of coaching styles and practical delivery and the needs of student players. 

You will have experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and a proven track record of delivering results. Knowledge of the BUCS competition structures, an ability to influence key stakeholders and experience of recruiting players would be advantageous. 

The successful candidate will be conscientious with good communication, influencing and team working skills.  You will need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work across the academic year, including the availability to work evenings and weekends where necessary, and also away from the university, both within the U.K. and abroad.
