Senior Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager to develop, execute, monitor and report on targeted digital marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of digital and social platforms to drive student recruitment, brand and marketing objectives.
The role requires a deep understanding of all things digital marketing, and a passion for developing creative approaches to reach, communicate and influence a range of target audiences, primarily future students.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Campaigns, you will be a skilled digital marketeer with technical expertise across paid campaigns, social media and digital marketing. Adopting a user-focused and data-driven approach you will use your knowledge of analytics and understanding of insight to inform campaign activity and future decisions.
Day to day you will be developing and executing digital marketing and lead generation strategies across all markets, cohorts and channels. In this fast-paced environment, you will be adept at working collaboratively with our specialists in web, content, CRM and marketing to ensure user journeys are streamlined and content is optimised to meet objectives.
We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable knowledge of running integrated paid digital campaigns, the skills to lead NTU’s social media strategy and an excellent understanding of SEO, paid search, digital media, paid social, GA4 and the digital marketing environment.
This is a new role in the team and offers the postholder an exciting opportunity to develop and shape their responsibilities whilst leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
