Head of UK Student Recruitment

 (£65,295 - £72,828 p.a. pro rata)

Permanent / Full-time

About the Role

The Head of UK Student Recruitment is a new and critical role in the Recruitment, Marketing and Communications (RMC) team at NTU.

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic professional with experience of delivering ambitious growth targets in a complex organisation (ideally in higher education), to join our award-winning team.

Leading a high-performing team of sales and events professionals, you will build strong relationships internally, particularly with Executive Deans, and externally, with schools and colleges – locally and nationally. You will also develop and lead the University’s  programme of recruitment events, including Open Days and campus visits.

You will be experienced at interpreting audience insight and data to develop innovative and targeted recruitment strategies and working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues from digital experience and marketing to CRM and communications.

With excellent leadership skills and a strong track record of delivering against targets, you will have extensive experience of managing multiple stakeholders and leveraging relationships. You’ll be customer-focused, data-led and well versed in the current challenges and opportunities in HE student recruitment.

If you are a passionate and experienced HE professional with a desire to drive forward growth at the five-time University of the Year (2017 – 2023), then we would love to hear from you!

Closing date: 5 October 2024

Interview date: 17 October 2024
