Specialist IT Systems Development Technician in Computer Science

£31,607-£36,371 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Specialist IT Systems Development Technician in the Department of Computer Science. The role is diverse and requires a flexible enthusiastic person with a good general understanding of IT today and where it is going in the future. Part of the role will involve supporting and enhancing the technology used in our department so the ability to learn constantly and embrace change will be key. Also day-to-day you will provide technical support and guidance to staff and students on undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes in the computer laboratories.
