Senior Catering Assistant

£24,404 - £26,062 per annum (pro rata)

Term time contract - 37 hours x 30 weeks


About the Role

The senior catering assistant is a key role. Supporting the Assistant Retail Manager, you will be coaching and directing a team of catering assistants to ensure all departmental standards are achieved, across multiple outlets. Ensuring excellent standards in product and customer service are delivered; the ability to communicate, organise and be a role model for the team is crucial and you will be friendly, approachable and care about delivering fantastic customer service.

With the relevant experience in a customer facing, fast paced retail environment, you will be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge to include all relevant Health, Safety and Food Hygiene policies.

A flexible approach to both working hours and locations is essential, as the successful candidate may be required to move between outlets, and maybe campuses, depending on business demands.
