Assistant Hospitality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to support and develop the Hospitality team in delivering a seamless service.  This exciting opportunity will be working with colleagues across our City, Clifton, Brackenhurst and Mansfield campuses catering for students, staff and guests. Working 5 days over 7 each week, therefore a flexible approach to working hours and location is essential.

The successful candidate would be responsible for delivering a professional service to all catered events across NTU, including refreshments to meeting rooms, catering for academic, corporate and student conferences, drinks receptions, informal buffets, formal and gala dinners, weddings, open days, and graduation. As the ideal candidate, you will possess previous experience managing in a large organisation. You will be self-motivated, driven to set high standards, committed to deliver excellent customer service. With your passion for developing others, you will be an excellent communicator and leader who motivates and champions a successful team.
