Fixed term contract - 15 hours a week until end of March 2028

About the Role

ChalleNGe Nottingham is seeking an experienced and ambitious Development Manager to help secure the long-term sustainability and growth of Nottingham's Cultural Education Partnership.

Working closely with the ChalleNGe team, Steering Group and a wide range of partners across education, culture, business and the voluntary sector, you will lead the development of new fundraising, partnership and governance opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to securing investment, developing sustainable funding models and strengthening the partnership infrastructure needed to support ChalleNGe's future ambitions.

This is a fixed term contract based in Nottingham, for 2 days a week (15 hours) to work closely with ChalleNGe's core team, Steering group, strategic partners and their senior Fundraising/Development teams. An understanding of the needs of schools, cultural venues, and community stakeholders as well as the wider arts and cultural funding landscape, is essential. Knowledge of social value business and corporate giving is also essential.
