Associate Director - Global Student Recruitment

About the Role
As the Associate Director of Global Student Recruitment, you will develop and lead an integrated, strategic approach to our student recruitment and admissions functions. Leading teams across UK and international student recruitment, outreach, recruitment events, admissions and enquiry management, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrolment growth and achieving the University’s ambitious recruitment targets.
As a seasoned sales professional, you have led effective and innovative recruitment strategies in higher education and are adept at understanding and applying data and customer and market insights to improve activities. You will have a track record of anticipating and capitalising on emerging global market dynamics, opportunities and challenges, ensuring the University is positioned as an attractive destination for UK and international students.
In this role you will work closely with marketing and digital colleagues to better understand future student journeys and advocate for improved end-to-end customer experiences. You will understand admissions policies, processes and compliance and ensure a seamless and supportive experience for future students. This role also leads on the University’s recruitment events plan, including Open Days.
You will be joining a collaborative and motivated senior team of Associate Directors, led by the Director of Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing & Student Recruitment (CAMS).

Our award-winning Department of Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CAMS) is responsible for engaging with key audiences including prospective students to support NTU’s student recruitment targets and driving forward NTU’s reputation and brand. CAMS comprises admissions, applicant engagement, student recruitment events and outreach, international student recruitment, marketing and campaigns, content management, creative services, social media, web and digital, public relations and internal and external communications.
