About the Role
Join Us as an EDEPI PGR Officer and be a champion of Inclusive Admissions in Doctoral Education
Are you passionate about equity in higher education? We are seeking an EDEPI PGR Officer to lead the implementation of inclusive, competency-based admissions practices across a pioneering partnership with Liverpool John Moores University and Sheffield Hallam University.
In this impactful role, you will drive systemic change by helping to embed the EDEPI Competency-Based Admissions Framework, collaborating with academic and professional teams across the sector, and supporting underrepresented postgraduate research (PGR) applicants. You will also play a key role in delivering a high-quality, student-focused doctoral administration service at NTU.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong understanding of university admissions and EDI principles.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and data-handling skills.
- Experience in Higher Education administration and a commitment to inclusive practice.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role until 27 February 2026, with occasional travel and out-of-hours work.
