Immigration Compliance Administrator

About the Role
Academic Registry are seeking two highly motivated and organised Administrator to join the Immigration Compliance team. One as a permanent contract and one as two year fixed term contract.
The Immigration Compliance team is responsible for ensuring NTU meets the compliance duties set out in UK immigration legislation to maintain its sponsor licence. The Immigration Compliance team collaboratively creates policies to ensure compliance and acts as the key contact for colleagues across the University with queries or issues in this subject.
The successful candidate will join a positive and effective team with a challenging and varied workload. You will have expert administration, decision-making, communication, and teamworking skills. The post involves working with a range of staff from across all sections of the University. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, be confident in the use of Excel, as well as the ability to prioritise their own workload and have highly developed organisational, administrative and customer-focused service skills.
