Intelligent & Secure Warehouse Automation Specialist (KTP Associate)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We wish to recruit a dynamic, highly competent and adaptable graduate who is a skilled communicator and technically strong in software development with exposer in hardware (IoT) for a recently funded Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) by Innovate UK. The successful candidate will develop an Intelligent Warehouse Management (iWMS) system by embedding skills and knowledge to further enhance the sales capability of a local wholesale company, Divit Beauty Ltd.
There may be an opportunity for a permanent role once the KTP is complete.
Divit Beauty is an emerging Afro, Asian beauty wholesaler & distributor (B2B) with 6 years in sales and marketing experience. Currently, the company is working with 17 cosmetics and beauty brands. These products are sold to independent retailers and larger buyers across the UK and Europe, including our top clients Pak Cosmetics, Prosi, SLR Beauty, Superdrug, and Boots.
The KTP project will enable Divit Beauty to drive the business forward and grow. Key outcomes will be:
1. Application of advanced data analytics in warehouse data
2. Enhancing automation in warehouse day-to-day operation
3. Supply chain optimization in both sale and stock ordering
4. Integrating cybersecurity in warehouse data and the overall system
5. Embedding technical knowledge into the company and investigating warehouse management.
The overall purpose of the KTP associate role is to manage and lead the successful development and implementation of a smart and secure warehouse system for a growing cosmetics wholesale business.
The iWMS will enhance accuracy and speed for processing orders, real-time inventory management and will ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place enabling increased capacity in the B2C market and supporting the company’s growth.

This position forms part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) funded jointly by Innovate UK and Divit Beauty Ltd. As a KTP Associate you will work within Divit Beauty Ltd to develop and embed knowledge, with research and academic support from NTU.
