About the role

As Co(l)laboratory Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of the Co(l)laboratory programmes activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with our stakeholders, carrying out essential logistical tasks, and supporting the team with other administrative needs. This position requires a well-organised, detail-oriented individual who can work proactively to anticipate the needs of a collaborative team.

About Co(l)laboratory

You will be based in the Directorate of Research Culture and Environment on our City Campus, specifically working with the Co(l)laboratory Project team.

Co(l)laboratory is an ambitious and pioneering new project that seeks to support local communities in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to deliver evidence-based change through research and collaboration.

The Co(l)laboratory programme is a collaboration between Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham. The programme’s work centres around 3 core areas of work:

  • Community Engaged Research: We support collaborative teams of Nottingham academics and Nottingham(shire) community focused organisations to develop new research projects, based on the priorities and experiences of our local communities.
  • Inclusive Recruitment: We are developing new recruitment practices to enable a more diverse range of talented local candidates to join our projects and to succeed in the world of academic research.
  • Researcher Training and Development: We are developing a new engaged researcher training programme to help our research candidates become future leaders and experts in community centred research.
